Breathing Space

What is Breathing Space:

Weekly creative groups for health, wellbeing and happiness.  Come and try art, music, movement and creative writing in a friendly support environment. You don’t need any experience to come and take part, we provide all the materials and equipment and all the groups are FREE of charge.

I would recommend it to everyone.

Who is it for:

Anyone over 18 living in or near Bridgend borough.

If you are struggling with loneliness or isolation, poor mental or physical health or just feeling the need of a friendly face, find a group near you and come along.

When is it?

Groups run every week but take breaks around school holidays.
