Spring Forward Gold was created in partnership with Age Cymru,

to build a programme that helps people aged 50+ to spend time in nature, while reducing their loneliness and growing their wellbeing. Sessions are fun and fulfilling, and allow for participants to help guide the flow of delivery by choosing their favourite activities.Spring Forward Gold is available for delivery at any time of year, although we recommend spring and summer months.
