What advice do you have for people to bringing creativity into everyday life?
Allow some time for yourself to do something that brings you some joy. As a film producer it will come as no surprise I love film and TV, I love a Sunday afternoon watching a feel-good film. Also, creativity isn’t always about art in the traditional sense. You can be creative decorating a room or framing some family photos. Maybe going on a walk and thinking of a short poem just for yourself.
What is your number one self-care tip?
Get outside! Not matter what the weather a walk (alone, with a friend or a dog 🙂 ) will always help clear the cobwebs. Be in the moment, look at the nature around you.
