We are so excited for The Giant Who Never Slept, our co-production with Flossy and Boo, in partnership with Awen. It’s going to be a brilliant show and experience, and we can’t wait to welcome you!
Here is some handy information for you to know about The Giant Who Never Slept.
IF YOU DON’T HAVE TICKETS: Please email us at [email protected] to be added to the waitlist. Please include the number of adults and the number of children in your party, which performance you would like to attend, and a contact phone number. We will be in touch only if there are tickets available for you. If we don’t reach out to you, we’re very sorry but no tickets were available.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE TICKETS: We’ll be sending you an email just a few days before the performance with a bit more information. The email will come to the person who made the booking for your group. Please be on the lookout for it.
Please download your tickets to your phone or another device to bring with you. If your ticket email never arrived, please check your Spam or Junk folder before getting in touch with us.
The event takes place each day from 10:00am-1:00pm.
The Giant Who Never Slept is an immersive outdoor theatre experience. In order to experience the full show, you must arrive before 11:00am.
Please know that there will be walking involved. All of our routes are pram accessible. All of our routes are wheelchair accessible EXCEPT for Wilderness Lake in Porthcawl (Wednesday 23rd) and Ogmore Washeries (Friday 25th).
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Our performance in Maesteg Welfare Park (Thursday 24th) will be BSL interpreted. If you are a BSL user and would like to attend the performance with interpretation, please email [email protected]
Please remember to wear weather-appropriate clothing, and to wear/bring suncream and insect repellent as appropriate. You are also very welcome to bring a picnic lunch if you would like, to enjoy when you have finished the treasure trail. Please bring any blankets or chairs you might need if you plan to stay for a picnic.
IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE AND YOU CAN NO LONGER ATTEND: Please get in touch with us to cancel your tickets. Someone else may be able to use them! Email [email protected] to let us know if you and your party will no longer be able to make it.
Our team will be very busy during the week of the show – these things take a lot of work! If you get in touch, please be aware that it may take us a little time to get back to you. We will reply as soon as we can!
